Eric Wang (they/them) is a multimedia content creator and storyteller currently based in the Bay Area. They’re passionate about finding new ways to connect with audiences and making a difference in the world in doing so. They are a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and accessibility and makes sure their work reflects that.
They have both a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Florida and a Master of Professional Science degree in Marine Conversation from the University of Miami. As a result, they have served in social media and communications for esteemed science institutions like Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium and the California Academy of Sciences and have also contributed content towards the Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival and other places around the Bay Area. His work has been nominated for Webby and Shorty awards and has even been reposted by Leonardo DiCaprio!
When not working, Eric enjoys watching anime, going to kpop concerts, playing video games, perfecting his signature pizza recipe, drawing, learning music production, or whatever random hobby they’ve gotten into recently.
