A video I wrote, edited, and narrated educating the public on the issue of sea urchin harvesting. The topic was chosen because it is one directly affecting California’s local nature and one that could affect how the public behaves regarding the issue. This video also helped reinforce the Academy’s status as a purpose-driven institution, which seeks to directly address and solve problems versus being known as just a museum.
